Fixes:
Release notes in Partner Panel
When you have a Partner Panel account, you could see the latest release notes right on top. Since we changed our self-support page, this wasn’t working correctly anymore and it would only show old release notes or no release notes at all. We now fixed this, so you will always see the latest release notes on top in your Partner Panel and you can go to the release notes on the self-support page by clicking on them.Playlists of removed hardware
When hardware was connected to a different account and then was removed, the playlist that was scheduled was automatically scheduled on all other devices in this account. We now set in the system that playlists from removed hardware are not scheduled and will not affect other devices.Current view
The current view function is available for mainusers and Partner Panels. You can use this to go to all connected (sub)users easily. The current view button can be found in the top bar of your account. When clicking on it, a list of your users is shown. However, this list was not ordered. We now ordered all the users by company name alphabetically for a better overview. Next to that, your own account will always show on top, so you can easily go back to your own account after visiting one of your users.Overview player groups
The overview of player group options and media players in the player group menu were sometimes not displayed correctly; the lines between the media players and the player group options weren’t straight and you couldn’t see which player group option was connected to what media player. The overview is now fixed, so it will show everything correctly. Click here for more information about player groups.New features:
Scheduling clips for specific dates
Before you could schedule the seperate clips in a playlist to play between a period of time (for example from 9 AM to 1 PM), but now you are also able to schedule them between certain dates. So when your playlist is scheduled from August 1st until August 31st, you can schedule a clip in the playlist from August 1st till August 15th and it will not play after this date. You can schedule per clip when you are in the create playlist section and you click on the dots next to the clip and choose ‘schedule’. A pop-up will open where you can fill in start times/dates and end times/dates.Notifications service tickets in e-mail for Partner Panel
When you have a Partner Panel and you have the ‘manage service tickets’ option activated, you will from now on receive an e-mail with a notification that you have a new service ticket or an update on a service ticket when this is the case. The notification will be sent to the e-mail address that you have set in your Partner Panel. Click here to learn more about the Partner Panel.Optional PowerBlocks for subusers
You are now able to optionally turn PowerBlocks on or off for subusers as mainuser. When it is disabled, a subuser is not able to create or schedule PowerBlocks; it can only create and schedule playlists in between the content you scheduled for them. The option for PowerBlocks is standard activated when you create a subuser. When creating or editing a subuser you can deactivate it by unchecking the checkbox ‘PowerBlocks activated’. Click here for more information about subusers.Clip library default ordering
In the clip library there is a default ordering of clips which is not very convenient. You can set an ordering yourself by clicking on one of the columns double and this will be remembered, but for the default ordering we wanted a better ordering and so it is now ordered by last created by default. This means the latest created templates will appear at the top of the list.Pop-up balloon for color tool
When creating a template in Creation Station, you can sometimes set a color for texts or backgrounds. This works with a color tool which is displayed in a square. Not everyone understood how this color tool worked, so we added a pop-up balloon when you hover over the square with your mouse with some explanation. It tells you how you can work with the color tool and select a color. Click here for more information about the Creation Station.
