Is it possible to expand the memory of my hardware?

Yes, this is possible if you have a XMP player (it is not possible with a Samsung Smart Signage Display).

4GB : Transcend 300X
Additional requirements for CF Card:
1. Must supports UDMA
2. Must supports > 20Mbps Read/Write
