Fixes:

Search results player group options not shown
When you are scheduling as mainuser or subuser, you can have player group with player groups options set. If you have a player group with more than 9 options, the options were folded and you could unfold them. However, when you didn’t unfold them and used the search bar to search, not always the correct result was shown. This is now fixed, so the correct options will appear that match the search term. Add Newsroom item to playlist
When you are creating or editing a playlist, you can add Newsroom items from the tab ‘Newsroom’. For some items the Creation Station would open, because you needed to fill in some information. In the last step you can choose to only add it to the playlist or to also save it in clip library. When you chose to only add it to playlist, the item was still saved in clip library. This is now resolved, so it will only save in clip library when you choose this option. Click here to learn more about the Newsroom.

Searching on underscore didn’t give correct results
When you are in My Files you can use the search bar to get certain results. When you used this search bar with the underscore symbol, it would not give the correct results. We now made sure it responds correctly to the underscore and now the right results will show when using it to search on. Click here for more information about My Files.

Calendar pop-up visible in overview playlist
When you schedule a playlist as mainuser or subuser, you can fill in dates and times when you open the schedule for the playlist. If you fill in a start date with the calendar pop-up, the calendar pop-up opens automatically at the end date field so you can fill in this field. However, when you only want to have a start date and saved the playlist after filling this in with the calendar pop-up, the second pop-up would still appear after you reached the manage playlist page and there it has no use. We now blocked the pop-up if you go to another page quickly, so it won’t appear on a page where you cannot use it. Click here for more information about scheduling a playlist.

Directed to left side of page when selecting player group option
When you are creating or editing a player group, you can select player group options on the right side of the screen. If you have a lot of options, you have to scroll to the right to select options. When you did this, the page automatically scrolled back to the left and you couldn’t see the option you just checked. This was very unconvenient, so now we changed that the system will stay on the same view when an option is selected.

Improvements

Email notifications
You can activate email notifications for your account. When this is done, you can receive emails when your hardware is synchronized with the synchronize button. When a mainuser or partner synchronized hardware from their account for hardware that was connected to (sub)users of these accounts, the (sub)users also got a notification. That this happens is logical, because something was done for hardware of those users, but it was confusing for the users because they didn’t do the synchronization themselves. For this reason we now set that only the user that actually does the action will receive an email notification. Click here for more information about email notifications.

Option to add clip directly to playlist for Partner Panel
When advertisement tool is activated for the Partner Panel, you are able to create and schedule clips here. When you created a clip, you had the option to add clip to a new playlist, but not to add it to an existing playlist. Other users than Partner Panel did have the option, so now we also made this available for Partner Panel. Click here to learn more about the advertisement tool.
