Fixes:

Mainuser adding clips to playlists subusers in Creation Station
With the functionality where you can add a clip directly to a playlist when creating it in the Creation Station, the mainuser could only see his own playlists in the dropdown and not those of the subusers. This is now fixed, so the mainuser can select all playlists. Click here to learn more about the Creation Station.

New playlist not saved for single users
When you use the functionality to add a clip directly to a new playlist when you are in the Creation Station, after saving the new playlist was not created. This only happened for single user accounts. We now made sure that the playlist is always created when using this functionality as a single user.

Cannot use save in Happening after editing message
When you edited one of the Happening messages you added, you weren’t able to save a new message that you added; the save button was grey and unclickable. This is now fixed. Click here to learn more about Happening.

Support ticket cannot be saved after keeping required field empty
When you created a support ticket and didn’t fill in all the required fields, you got an error message that not all required fields were filled in. After then filling in the required fields, you still couldn’t send the ticket. We now made sure that after filling in all required fields, you can send the ticket. Previews MeetingroomTV and Countdown widget
The thumbnails in the right column weren’t working when you watched a preview of a playlist with these widgets in them. They would show ‘no data’ or a broken thumbnail. We repaired the thumbnails, so they will show correctly when previewing a playlist.

Cannot share approved clip with subusers
As mainuser you can edit a clip that a subuser sent for approval. When you are done editing and you save the template, you should be able to select the subusers you want to share the clip with. However, this option was not available. We added this option again, so you can choose with which subusers the clip must be shared. Click here to learn more about clip approval.

Portrait fullscreen video (rotates) didn’t rotate video
The widget ‘Portrait fullscreen video (rotates)’ rotates a landscape video so it will show in portrait mode. The widget didn’t work correctly, so it wouldn’t rotate the video on screen and it would show incorrect. The widget is now fixed. Click here to learn more about this widget.

Videos not converted correctly
When you uploaded a video in My Files section, there was a chance that it would get status failed. This means it was not converted correctly. Also the videos could come out with low quality if the bitrate of the video was low. We made a change in the system so the videos will convert properly and won’t get a failed status or have quality loss. Click here to learn more about My Files.

Activate PowerBlock with player group option that has no players
When activating a PowerBlock, you can choose as a mainuser or subuser to activate it for a specific player group option. However, when you did this while the player group option you checked didn’t have a player, you could still activate the PowerBlock but it wouldn’t play anywhere. When you re-entered the activation page of the PowerBlock, you couldn’t select a player anymore to activate it on. We now changed the logic, so you won’t see player group options that don’t have players connected to it, so you won’t be able to activate a PowerBlock on it. Passed dates unclickable
When you are scheduling a playlist, you can choose till which date a playlist should play. You get a pop-up of a calendar and you see the dates that are passed are grey, so you cannot click on them. When you used scheduling on clip level in the playlist, you didn’t see the grey dates and you could still choose them even if they had passed. This is now fixed.

Optimizations:

Delete images from templates
We added a functionality with which you can remove images from templates. So if you have chosen an image in the image step in Creation Station when creating a template, you now also have a button to remove the image again. The image is not mandatory, so this is a useful new option.

Active now table ordered alphabetically
On the dashboard you have a table with the active playlists. The playlists displayed here were not in alphabetical order so you didn’t have a quick overview if it was complete. This is now changed, so the playlists will show in alphabetical order.
