Fixes:

Clips not visible for mainuser
There was an issue that clips that were created by the mainuser weren’t visible in the Formula tab and also with sharing clips as subuser these clips wouldn’t become visible in the mainuser account. We found out what the cause of the issue was and fixed it.

Scrolling through My Files categories
There was no pagination on the category page of My Files page and you couldn’t see all categories if you created more than 10. We now added pagination so you can scroll through all your created categories.

Menu on small screen
When you have a small screen or browser window and you were working in the narrowcasting account, the menu items weren’t visible anymore. We made sure you will now always see a button to open the menu when you are working with a smaller window.

Drag wrong files in My Files upload tool
In My Files you are able to upload new files. You can do this by clicking on the upload file button, but also by dragging an image or video onto the screen. However, when you used dragging, you were able to drag an image when you selected option video and vice versa, you were able to select save and then it wasn’t uploaded without you receiving an error message. We improved this by putting in an error message when uploading the wrong type of file. Also you cannot select the save button if you only dragged wrong types of files onto the upload section.

Search term not remembered when using dropdown
In the Manage Playlist section, you can fill in a search term and also choose an option from the dropdown. If you would typ in a search term and then use the dropdown, the search term was not shown in the results. We now made it possible to search with addition of adding a filter with the dropdown.

Order numbers in dropdown in Creation Station
When creating a template, you sometimes have a dropdown where you can choose an option from. When this dropdown consists of numbers, it didn’t show the numbers in order from low to high – they were in a random order. We now added a logic that makes the numbers automatically order from low to high, so you can easily find the number you are looking for in the dropdown. Click here to learn more about the Creation Station.

Edit uploaded media
In the My Files sectionyou can upload new images. By clicking on the upload button you can select the images you want to upload. When they are added to the queue for uploading, you have the option to edit them with the wrench button (button most to the right of your image). However, when clicking on this button, the page would freeze. We resolved this issue, so you can use this option succesfully again. Click here to learn more about My Files.

New features/improvements:

Player group options page
We made some changes to the player group options page, because it was loading very slow. Now when you open a player group, you see we added pagination and a search bar. By adding pagination, not automatically all player group options show if you have many. You can find all player group options by using the pagination or using the search bar. Bigger text fields Creation Station
We enlarged the fields in the Creation Station, so you can see more of your text when you are typing it in the field. There was a lot of room left to the right, so we made the fields broader and now use this space.

Random order saves immediately
On the schedule page (calendar overview) you can check the checkbox to play the playlists in a random order and this would be saved after you clicked on synchronize for the device. There were issues because it wouldn’t save when you used the synchronize all devices button and now we just changed the logic so it will be saved directly when you check or uncheck the checkbox and you don’t need to synchronize anymore to save the changes. To make it effective on screen, a synchronization is still needed.

Result Overview page
We improved the loading speed of the Result Overview page, by adding filters. It standard shows all playlists and 10 devices and at the top you can select with filters what you want to see (certain playlists or players). Right at the bottom you can use the dropdown to change the number of items that are shown on one page.

Preview clips in approval tab
When clip approval is activated for a mainuser and subuser, in the tab for approval in clip library you couldn’t watch a preview of the clip when clicking on the thumbnail. This functionality is now added, so you can watch the preview when clicking on the thumbnail. Click here to learn more about clip approval.
