When you’re creating one of the video templates please use one of the following video file types: MP4, MPEG, MOV, WMV en FLV. Also make sure that your video file is not over 500 MB in size.
When you want to show a video on screen, you have to upload the video in a clip through the new clip page. Read more about how to create a clip here.
