HOW DO I GET TO MY FILES?

Go to My Files by selecting [Media] in the menu bar on the left and then select [My Files].

WHAT CAN I DO IN MY FILES?

Here you can find all the media that was uploaded by yourself and the mainuser. As well as the clips library, the section my files is divided in subsections. You can find ‘own’, ‘formula’ and ‘other’.

Own
All the media files that you uploaded yourself.

Formula
All the media files that were uploaded by the mainuser and were made available for the subuser.

Other
Here you find media that has been made available by Support.

Right on top you can find the option to upload files. To learn more about this, click here.

EDITING OR DELETING FILES

The files that are in the section ‘own’ can be edited or deleted, by selecting the gear icon to the right of the file.

MANAGING CATEGORIES

You can also manage categories in this section. By clicking on [Manage categories]  and then [Create] in the right upper corner, you can add a personal category. Name your new category and then click [Yes]. You can also edit existing categories, by clicking on [Edit] on the right of the category name.
