In which browsers can I use the narrowcasting portal?

BROWSERS THAT YOU CAN USE

The following browsers support our narrowcasting portal:

  • Google Chrome
  • Safari
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Internet Explorer

Of these browsers, our software can best be used with Google Chrome.

I DON’T HAVE GOOGLE CHROME

If you don’t have Google Chrome as a browser on your computer, you can download it. Hereby the link from where Google Chrome can be downloaded for free: https://www.google.nl/chrome/browser/desktop/.

WHICH VERSION OF THE BROWSERS CAN I USE?

When you use one of the browsers named above, it is necessary that they are updated to the latest version. Otherwise there is the possibility that the portal doesn’t  work optimal.

Read here how you can check if your browser is updated to the most recent version:

Internet Explorer
Select the gear  right on top of the brower and click [About Internet Expolorer]. A pop-up appears which displays the version. The checkbox for ‘install latest updates automatically’ should be checked.

Safari
Select the Safari icon and select [About Safari]. A pop-up appears which displays the version.

Chrome
Select the menu button New Fx Menu and select[Help] and [About Google Chrome]. A new tab opens which displays the version.

Firefox
Select the menu button New Fx Menu and select [Help-29]  and [About Firefox]. A pop-up appears which displays the version.

HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THE SYSTEM KEEPS WORKING WITH MY BROWSER?

To maintain the optimale use of our software we advise you to regulary delete your cookies and cache. More information about deleting your cookies and cache can be found here.
