What is the difference between oriëntations portrait and lanscape?

The oriëntation of your clips, playlists and hardware are based on the oriëntation of your screen. The oriëntation of your screen can be either landscape or portrait.

LANDSCAPE
A landscape screen is put on the wall with the longest sides on top and at the bottom. The sides on the right and left are the shorter sides of the screen. You can create clips from the [new clip] page that are in the oriëntation landscape. When creating a playlist, you can select the oriëntation landscape and the media player that is connected to the screen should also have the oriëntation landscape set.

PORTRAIT
A portrait screen is tilted a quarter to the right compared to the landscape screen. The sides on top and bottom are the shorter sides compared to the sides on the right and left of the screen. When using a portrait screen it is important that the screen’s orginal landscape bottom is on the left of the portrait screen. If the screen is tilted the other way around, content will appear upside down on the screen. You can create clips from the [new clip] page that are in the oriëntation portrait. When creating a playlist, you can select the oriëntation portrait and the media player that is connected to the screen should also have the oriëntation portrait set.
