How can I reset my media player?

WHEN SHOULD I USE A RESET?

Only use this method if the problem is not solved after following the disturbance manuals and contacting your supplier. Don’t apply these steps without the permission of your supplier.

THE STEPS

  1. Disconnect the power cable from the media player.
  2. Press the ‘factory reset’ button on the media player by using a thin object like a pin. Keep pressing it. An orange light starts to blink.
  3. Connect the power cable again and a menu will show on screen or you will see a message appear that the media player is ready for use. Release the button. The media player has now been formatted.

The video clips will be downloaded again as soon as the media player appears as ‘online’ in your narrowcasting management system.
