WHY IS A SYNCHRONIZATION NECESSARY?
It is important that the automatic synchronization happens once a day, in order to collect the new content and to update the player. So when you have scheduled a playlist for the next day, it will start playing the next day, even when you haven’t synchronized manually during the day. Also at the nightly synchronization, the player will update the latest firmware and so you can make sure it will work properly.
STANDARD SETTING SYNCHRONIZATION TIME
The synchronization time is automatically set by the Servicecenter team. We always set the synchronization time on a time at night, between 2 and 6. At this time the users won’t experience any inconvenience. At time of the synchronization, the player will start up again automatically and on screen the starting up is shown.
CHANGE THE SYNCHRONIZATION TIME
1. Go to [Player overview] below [Players] in the left menu.
2. Choose the player you want to edit and click on the name of the player.
3. You can edit the synchronize time via [Time synchronization]. Select a time through the dropdown.
4. Press [Save].
